We don’t have an elevator. Rooms are located on the second and third floor of the building. That means you will have to climb at least 1 flight of stairs.

Unfortunately, no. Except for certified service animals as required by local law.

All bathrooms are located across the hall from the sleeping rooms. That means you step out of your room, cross the hallway, and enter the bathroom. Some rooms have a private bathroom, which means that you can lock the door and only you will be using the bathroom for the duration of your stay. Other rooms have a shared bathroom with just one other room. When you are using the bathroom you can use the deadbolt/chain to make sure nobody else enters. Robes are provided in all rooms.

Before you arrive you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the LATCH app. Once downloaded and your check-in time has arrived, your phone will become your key. It will open the main entry doors, your room door, your bathroom door, and other interior common doors. There is also a 7 digit code generated which you can use instead of your phone if you choose.

During the day you will see staff cleaning the building, but we don’t have a front desk or anyone staffed at the building. You can message us anytime if you need anything or if there is an issue during your stay and we will promptly respond.

There are 2 washers and 2 dryers located in the basement that are available on a first come, first serve basis. They are free to use. Detergent is available at the 7/11 convenience store across the street. We have an iron and ironing board in the basement available for use as well.

Rooms are cleaned between guests, but not during your stay. It is your responsibility to keep your room clean and stocked.
